Our on-line sales and shipping department is open five days per week (Monday to Friday). Our default shipping provider is Australia Post. We undertake to ship all orders within one working day of receipt of order.
Most orders ship the same day they are received (subject to Australia Post opening hours).
Transit times vary between 3 and 7 days to arrive anywhere in Australia.
International orders take between 5 and 10 working days. The purchaser may select unregistered airmail at a cost of $10 or registered post international for $20. These options are presented at checkout.
Our checkout offers the choice of shipping two sets in one envelope for a single Post and Handling charge. In this case, two sets of instructions will also be provided.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, unwanted sets can be returned for a full refund less shipping and handling. Defective unused tools will be replaced at no cost.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Returns should also be accompanied by the original receipt where possible.
If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and postal code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
- The item number of the merchandise, if available.
